1. Products and Workshops

We offer handcrafted ceramics and unique ceramics workshops. Each ceramic piece is made with care and may have slight variations, reflecting the artisanal nature of our products.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders for ceramics and workshop bookings can be made through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase via the available secure payment methods.

3. Workshop Bookings and Cancellation Policy

• Workshop spots are limited and confirmed only after full payment.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to postpone to a later workshop, subject to availability.
• A handling fee of 50€ will be deducted from any refund.
• No refunds are possible for cancellations within 30 days of the workshop start date.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• All sales of ceramics are final.
• Ceramics are shipped via a professional freight service with insurance coverage.
• Any claims regarding damage during shipping must be made directly with the freight company.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
• We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

6. Liability

• The liability for any damage or injury during the workshop lies solely with the workshop attendee.
• The only liability Tortus can incur is for gross negligence of safety standards.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled securely and used solely for processing your orders and workshop bookings.
